Please note: Donations made to Fyncare Social Foundation are generally considered voluntary, irrevocable, and non-refundable.

1. General Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable once processed. This is because your contribution is immediately directed toward our ongoing projects in education, healthcare, women empowerment, and community development.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

Refunds may be considered **only** in the following limited cases:

Duplicate payment made by mistake (e.g., charged twice for the same donation)
Technical error from the payment gateway resulting in incorrect amount
Unauthorized transaction (e.g., use of stolen card – subject to verification)
Banking or payment processing error

3. Refund Request Process

You must submit your refund request within 7 days of the donation date.
Send your request to info@fyncare.org with the following details:
- Full Name
- Email ID & Phone Number
- Transaction ID / Reference Number
- Date & Amount of Donation
- Reason for Refund
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Donations where a tax receipt (e.g., 80G certificate) has already been issued
Donations made for specific campaigns or events marked as non-refundable
Requests received after 7 days of donation
Change of mind or change in donor’s financial situation

5. Tax Implications

If a refund is processed, any tax deduction certificate issued will be cancelled or adjusted as per Income Tax rules. The donor will be responsible for any tax adjustments.
